The pick up location was great, the host was nice and responsive, and the car quality was okay .

The car quality is perfect. Take a look at the other reviews. This guest drove all the way to Vegas and back in one night. They were charged for extra mileage and gas in which I am sure why they retaliated on their review. Also when they received the car there were no complaints and they drove 400 miles. I am not sure how the car quality was just “ok” when they drove the wheels off in one night but got the job done. Like I said I am sure they are upset about the extra charges.
