Phone Charging ports didn't work

The vehicle’s phone-charging ports were tested immediately after the trip and confirmed to be fully functional. The guest left their malfunctioning charging cables in the vehicle, allowing us to test them and verify that the cables—not the vehicle—were the issue. During the trip we advised the guest several times to try a different compatible cable. Rather than doing so, the guest requested a rental discount and unlimited mileage. To reiterate, all phone charging ports are working properly.

After seeing this review, we immediately took the vehicle to Firestone Complete Auto Care for a professional air-conditioning inspection. No AC issues were found. During testing, the air conditioner continuously blew cold air for about two hours without interruption. We take each guest concern seriously and acted promptly to have the system independently evaluated. Based on Firestone’s inspection and extended testing, we were unable to duplicate the issue reported by the guest during the rental.
Car ac not as cold kept going warm randomly and EV wouldn't charge

After this trip, we had the vehicle professionally inspected at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The check-engine light was traced to a weak 12-volt battery, which was promptly replaced. Following the repair, the warning light turned off. Firestone tested the vehicle afterward and confirmed that the charging system, air conditioning, and all other vehicle systems were fully functional and operating normally. The issue has been completely resolved, and the vehicle is currently operating as designed.
Vehicle was excellence and host was very communicative and accommodating.
