Everything about this car was horrible. The pickup/ the car kept overheating. Low tire pressure. Engine and oil light. Electric only ran for 20 mins before it was empty.. I rented the car for business purposes, couldn’t even take care of business. Picked my kids up as I stated before the car kept overheating had to park car and lyft back home to get my new born baby out of the Phoenix Heat. Oh my god, the service was just despicable!!! I gave one star because I can’t give 0

This review does not accurately reflect what occurred. The vehicle was inspected by Firestone Complete Auto Care the day before the trip, and we sent the guest the report showing it was in perfect health. When alerted, we responded promptly, gave clear safety instructions, offered to end the trip or arrange a car swap, and took every necessary precaution. The guest confirmed he had not seen any further overheating alerts and said, “Thank you for the quick response.” He chose to continue driving.
The car runs great . The host isngreat good communication and easy pick up drop off is contactless. The the only comment i have is that i didnt realize it requires us to recharge vehicle until after the check out instructions . I didnt have any time allowed in my use of car to sit and charge it but overall everything was good.
