Pickup was flawless and easy, Caleb was always on top of responding to messages. Car was clean and very fun to drive!

Car was not a convertible, but a coupe with a removable hard top—-of which I filtered for a convertible and for it to be on-site at the airport, it was not. The host wanted to charge to remove the top. The car was parked offsite. The host took ZERO accountability for his misguided listing. After an hour of text with Turo, they offered a refund if I returned the car—time restraints and drive time prevented me. Turo did offer a small refund. Do not trust a host that gives zero accountability and misleads. I will not be using him again and warn others to do the same.
I have rented 5 other corvette convertibles in this area without issue. This was a terrible experience.
On the last hour of the trip, the guest texted me complaining about how they wanted a convertible when no where in the listing is it marketed as a convertible. I have an extra option for me to remove the top prior to the trip which the guest didn’t get. Still offered and told them how to remove it but they didn’t want to do that. Appears the guest just wanted a quick discount complaining about this in the last hour of the trip.

Breaks on the car squealed loudly and the vehicle could’ve been a bit cleaner
