⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience! The BMW 850i was exactly as described-luxurious, and an absolute joy to drive. The host made everything easy with great communication and a smooth pickup and drop-off. The 8 series was a great car for my wife and I to rent for our honeymoon! Chen was very responsive and was able to work with us on our unique situation for a great deal.
We had planned to rent another vehicle, but that one was in the shop and we didn't know until our flight was in the air to Scottsdale. It lead to a bunch of phone calls and booking issues that got resolved, but were unnecessary.

The issues happened during the swap process through Turo after the original vehicle unexpectedly went into the shop, which unfortunately created some extra booking trouble while you were already in the air. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we worked everything out. Hope to host you both again in the future!
Car was great. Very punchy. Comfort mode is nice and easy going. Sport plus more tightens up the suspension, steering, and throttle response and makes a car you thought would be heavy feel like a big Miata with a bigger motor.
Also, we got a flat while driving and Chen was quick to set us up with another ride.
