I had some hiccups along the way getting to the car and the host did not want to help in any kind of way. Or make any accommodations, do not rent!

We're sorry you disagree and feel differently, but following Turo's rules is something both hosts and guests must do. We were protecting our asset. You did not give us any notice that you wouldn't be the one showing up for the vehicle after asking for instructions 7 hours before your trip start time. Your son stated he thought he could "sneak by" and begged for us to release the car to him. Since you did not show up, Turo cancelled the trip for not following their TOS.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Picking up and returning the car was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I ended up extending my trip, and the process of updating and adjusting the reservation for the additional days was seamless.
The vehicle was great, communication was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely book again in the future. Thank you so much for making the entire experience so smooth and enjoyable!
