The host was helpful and willing to assist, but Turo Assistance failed to provide the support we needed. After the car broke down during our trip, we were left without a replacement vehicle or a way to continue our journey. Traveling with two small children, this was an extremely stressful and frightening experience. Please be careful when choosing a vehicle through Turo and consider the safety and well-being of your family, because when something goes wrong, proper assistance is crucial.
