I assume this was an honest mistake selecting 3 stars, after rating me 5 stars in all subcategories. Unfortunately, TURO review system allows for errors like this and cannot be corrected.

That is another example of how Turo is becoming a joke. A renter that tried to game the system, did not return the vehicle, did not fill it up, was exposed and charged an improper return and gas fee, is somehow allowed to post negative, untrue reviews. Ridiculous!
