Great communication, great car would rent again!
Margarita •
The car drove really well.
The pickup instructions were great on the TURO APP. It was very easy and straightforward, no lines and pure simple .
The drop off didn’t take us more than a few minutes! Our first time with TURO.
Nasim •
Car was ready to go at delivery time even though it was a last minute rental so that was very good service. Had a slight smoke smell from prior rental which was acknowledged by owner. Very comfortable for highway driving. This generation does not have lane centering if that's important to you. Good communication.
Paul •
Your complaints about smoking should be addressed to TURO, not the host. TURO is not enforcing any meaningful No smoking policy in the last year, hence the proliferation of smoking violations (who knew?) Please complain directly to TURO if you would like a change. Do not complain to the host. We are not magicians and can not remove odors overnight.
Great
