I would not recommend this host (Reggie) and I will hesitate using Turo going forward after this experience.
I booked the car for pickup at 5pm. The host did not remotely unlock the vehicle until 630pm. After multiple attempts to contact the host with no luck in contacting him I had to reach out to Turo support. It took Turo support getting involved for the customer to unlock the vehicle. This delayed my trip and I had to change my departure till the next morning. I had made arrangements to pick up someone from the airport. Due to this delay that person also had to change their arrangements to be picked up from the airport since I could no longer arrive on time.
The car and trip went without any other issues until I returned the car and the host accused me of damaging the vehicle and trying to use duct tape to cover it up. Luckily, I had documented that the damage was there previously with photos including the use of the duct tape by someone else.
Trend carefully with this host if you chose to use him and throughly go over the vehicle with tons of photos before and after your trip.

While I understand your concerns, I also want to note that some aspects of the situation was outside of my control. Such as you not responding to my phone call during pickup and the damages caused by previous guests. I made every effort to address issues promptly and professionally.

Great on gas host is great but people really damage the inside of the vehicle holes in the seats and stains
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
