Had such a wonderful experience thanks to ShaDerra. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of her way to be flexible with my extension requests. It made the whole experience feel so much easier and more enjoyable since this was my first time renting through Turo. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this cancellation. The reservation was canceled because my current guest requested an extension, which unfortunately made the vehicle unavailable for this upcoming trip.
