I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about the vehicle I rented this past weekend. My intention is not to make a complaint, but rather to provide some observations that may be helpful in maintaining the quality of your service.
When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed that the interior had a slight unpleasant odor. While it wasn’t a major issue, it was the first impression I had when getting into the car.
The main concern, however, was the braking system. Every time I applied the brakes, the vehicle experienced a fairly strong vibration. This is usually a sign that the brakes may need inspection or maintenance. I believe this is an important point, especially since the vehicle is rented out to customers who rely on it for safe and comfortable travel.
I wanted to share these observations respectfully, as I understand that keeping a vehicle in perfect condition requires ongoing maintenance and attention. My hope is simply that these items can be addressed to help provide an even better experience for future renters.
