Car was nice. When I first got into the car I noticed it said it needed a service done and that it was low on window washer fluid. But other than that it was a great car.

Thank you for the feedback, Kolby! I’m glad you enjoyed the K5. For context, I personally change the oil every 5,000 miles using high-quality full synthetic oil and filters. The oil was fresh; I simply forgot to reset the service reminder. The washer fluid warning was not on when I prepared the vehicle, so it must have triggered shortly after pickup. I take pride in keeping my vehicles well maintained and appreciate you bringing this to my attention.

I was surprised by the lower category ratings, as I responded promptly throughout the trip and received no additional context when I reached out afterward. The pickup location was selected by you when booking and was my home pickup location. The oil was also not overdue; it had been changed with full synthetic oil, and I simply missed resetting the service reminder.
