everything was good as far as communication, pick up and car condition except the AC didn't work

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we offered to deliver a replacement vehicle while the Versa was being inspected. Unfortunately, we did not have another vehicle available for the remainder of the trip. We understand how frustrating this was during the extreme heat and appreciate your patience. We value your feedback and the opportunity to host your trip.
