The host was 30 minutes late with drop off. The cars tag was expired since 3/26. The car smelled like a strong odor of cigarettes.
Thank you, Rashema, for your review. I cleaned the car thoroughly before delivery, but the previous guest had smoked inside, and I did my best to remove the odor. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The registration is fully paid through March 2026, but the sticker was lost in the mail, and we are working with DMV to resolve it. Thank you for returning the car clean and for choosing my vehicle. I truly appreciate your respect and feedback.
