The associates that dropped off and picked up the vehicle were prompt and pleasant individuals to deal with.
The vehicle itself (Toyota Corolla) was clean, fuel efficient, and provided us with a comfortable (AC) ride while driving around southern Florida. GPS would’ve been a welcome feature, but our phone did the trick. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Everything went so well. Host was so easy to work with. We had a 6 hour flight delay and he stayed in contact with me the whole time and was very reassuring there would be no issues with picking up the car.
The car was exactly as described and drove great. No issues at all.
