There is a large stain on the ceiling of the car that is not showcased in the pictures. The car also shakes when driven.

The car smelled like cigarettes. The pickup wasn’t organized whatsoever. I was forced to pay $30 in fees because of their lack of communication. The host never forwarded me their instructions for pickup until 1.5hrs past my scheduled time.
This review is simply not true , as we explained to guest there was a glitch in the turo system and that’s why instructions weren’t auto-sent , we let him know 15 minutes after trip began as soon as we noticed the issue , and the car didn’t smell like cigarettes as seen in our many other reviews with our vehicles, good luck to you sir.
