Easy pick up and drop off

Our vehicle was not there when we went to pick it up. We had to find another vehicle or we would have missed our event. We found out later that someone had taken our reservation before we arrived and was generating charges to our account (this host has two identical vehicles). Both Turo and the host declined to fix the situation by reversing the charges, which is clearly the right thing to do. Borderline fraudulent behavior.

We’re sorry to hear this. The vehicle was ready at the pickup location, and detailed pickup instructions were sent the night before, including where it was parked and a Tesla phone-key link for access/location details. Turo’s trip records show the vehicle was used during the reservation, and any post-trip charges were submitted through Turo’s standard process. We strongly disagree with any suggestion of fraudulent behavior. We’re always available to help before, during, and after each trip.
Car was on low charge not fully charged and seatbelt indicator kept saying to buckle up even though there was no one in the seat
Also battery was dying extremely fast AC barely worked very stressful trip

We’re sorry the trip felt stressful. The vehicle was inspected before and after the trip and everything is working properly. The Tesla was picked up with usable charge, and the guest drove 178 miles and allowed the battery to get extremely low instead of charging when needed. We confirmed there is no seatbelt warning issue. The AC is working perfectly and blowing ice cold; climate had been taken off Auto with fan speed set to 1. Tesla instructions were provided at pickup.
Car was 20/10!!!
