Omg! This car is amazing. Fantastic on gas, drives so good. Shanice was super helpful and nice! Thank you for letting me drive Bumblebee! Hopefully I can again!

This is the first time I've used this app/ it was very user friendly. Price was more than reasonable. Pick up and drop off simple. The vehicle was perfect and totally made my trip, much,more enjoyable.

I rented a car from Shanice that was…awful. The drink console was filled with coffee and the sides covered in coffee stains. She had a full, purple oil air fresnher in the car so it smelled like the inside of a gas station. I tried to air it out overnight but to no avail. I offered to get it deep cleaned but She asked me not to and wouldn’t pick it up when I couldn’t take the smell and had to retun it. Which meant I had to drop it back off and get an Uber back to my place. Which she did not pay for. Then i had to find a new car to rent. And NOW I just got an invoice, and an actual request from her to “pay quickly” for the gas I spent literally only picking the car up and having to retun it the next day. Awful, irresponsible and an insanely large waste of my time.
