Everything went smoothly aside from a slight delay at pickup, but they were very helpful ! The car itself was great as well

Pick up was fast and easy. Hosts were very friendly. The car was clean and as described. We extended our trip a couple times without any issues.

This was my first time using Turo and I’m extremely grateful for it. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is because I wish there was a way to have the car dropped off to since I was only 15 min away instead of charging $60 each way. Especially since I had an emergency, was with a minor child, and my phone was dying, and my stuff was stolen. Either way I’m very grateful for everything wise. Thank you! I would definitely book with this host again.

Yes you were given the option to get the vehicle delivered to you. You refused to pay the delivery fee. Therefore there is nothing more i could have done for you.
Perhaps next time find something closer to you at walking distance.
