I recently rented a BMW i8 from KR Elite LLC through TURO, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The vehicle was in excellent condition — spotless inside and out, extremely well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. You can tell they take great pride in the quality and presentation of their vehicles.
The pickup process was incredibly smooth and convenient, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. As a first-time TURO user, I especially appreciated how responsive, courteous, and helpful the host was throughout the entire rental. They answered all of my questions quickly and made me feel completely comfortable using the app and rental process for the first time.
KR Elite LLC also offers an impressive selection of vehicles, giving customers far more exciting and upscale options than the typical large rental car companies. The personalized service and overall experience were significantly better than dealing with traditional rental agencies.
