Car was excellent, Host communicated very well, Was very easy to find. Seems as if maybe last renter ran late car was not cleaned there was leftover rubbish items from previous renter, and gas tank was not left full but understandable that sometimes things happen or delays can cause time crunches between rentals

Yes, unfortunately the last renter did run a late, which doesn’t happen very often, but it does at times. We always try to strive to provide the best VIP service and will always be at your disposal!
