The vehicle was exactly as described spotless, well-maintained, and ready to go. Every time I had a question, Eli responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in providing an exceptional experience.
Honestly, if every Turo host operated like Eli, the platform would be perfect. The car was great, but the customer service was on another level. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again, and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and first class rental experience.
