This was a nice learning experience for me, as I had never driven an EV before! I enjoyed becoming aware & acquainted with the special features of the Tesla! Carl and his assistant were very attentive to all my needs and questions! Unfortunately, I was not very comfortable in the seat because the headrest tilts forward just when I’d like to hold my head upright. I usually have this problem in cars. Unfortunately I could not adjust or remove it, so I adapted for the week. Other than that, I’m glad to have experienced this new type of vehicle, learning how to recharge it, etc. Many thanks to Carl! He was a wonderful person & “coach” to talk with, from start to finish!

This car was amazing and Carl was so helpful. He even FaceTimed me to help me with something I was confused about. I was able to navigate the whole process easily and they were great with answering all of my questions. First time driving a Tesla, but definitely won’t be my last!
