It was really bad! Super dirty, wasn’t cleaned, smelt really bad and covered up with cleaning spray that felt toxic. Also the car seemed to be in a bad fender bender. The front bumper was not fully attached and after driving 45 min the bumper was hanging and I had to reclip it
The car was nowhere near as bad as she claims. We messaged her multiple times to tell her to stop speeding driving 85 mph in a 65 mph zone and multiple harsh acceleration and breaking alert alerts in a Toyota Prius. We invite anybody to come take a look at our vehicles as they are all meticulously cleaned. Do not let this review sue you this guest was extremely rude and upset due to the fact that we were telling them to slow it down in our beloved Toyota Prius.
