Good clean car my trip was good will be booking again

Host was responsive, helped me switch the dates for the rental. Solid customer service. The car I received was 12 years old so it had some minor hiccups but blew cold A/C and drove me around 600 miles without major problems.

They left the oil cap to the engine off. That is careless/reckless and can hurt somebody in the future. I’ve never had a problem with them but that was actually absurd. They are an awesome vendor but that was not okay.

Fine, did not see the host as key was provided in key box. Car one of the hub cap was missing which I reported to the owner.
