Great car speedy interaction with host

Car is in good condition, clean, comes with charges for iphone and usbC. Host is efficient in replying and delivering the car. Only minor flaw is there is no tesla charger adapter, some stations cannot be used for charging, but besides that all good

Everything was so easy, the car was right outside the arriving terminal and drop off was a cinch.

“It wasn't an issue so much with the vehicle but I was unaware that I would be picking up an electric car and it made the trip difficult.”
The listing, description, welcome messages, and instructions clearly states it’s an EV. Guest did not mention any of this at all during her trip. Returns the vehicle with strong odors of marijuana and gives a 3 star for maintenance, which affects hosts’ performance metrics. How is this my fault and I get punished for it?
