Everything was amazing !!

From the very start of my reservation for the 2013 Subaru, the host Belen was very communicative. She helped with pick up options for the car and made the process clear. On pickup, the car was clean and clearly well maintained. There were no issues that came up while driving, but I feel confident that if there had been, I could have communicated quickly with Belen and then any issues would have been resolved. Overall, I had a great experience with renting from Belen. I will definitely be specifically searching for her available car rentals when I rent a car again in future.

The host was great. Good communication and very responsive.
The car was not good. It was 95 degrees outside and the A/C stopped working. Also, the car overheated going up a hill and we had to stop and let it cool off. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.
