The car needed brakes and an alignment. Still a great car but it definitely needed brakes.

The car is regularly serviced and safety-checked between trips, but we always appreciate guests bringing any concerns to our attention. Car was not clean. Interior was dirty. White seats aren’t white anymore. Felt gross even sitting in them. Steering wheel left black residue on your hands. Exterior also dirty. Host sends you lists upon lists of automated messages that are confusing and some irrelevant to your trip. Host also was not the most responsive.
We're sorry the trip didn’t meet your expectations. The seats are gray, not white, so there may have been some confusion. We also couldn’t verify the steering wheel concern. The automated messages contains trip info that many renters find helpful. Your contactless trip was returned at 5AM instead of the 9AM end time. We're sorry we didn’t see your message immediately. We take feedbacks seriously and strive to maintain the standards reflected in our other reviews.
