The car quality was medium, it had clearly been in a major accident and been repaired, which is not really a big deal for me other than the alignment felt off and there was a grinding metal on metal noise when we engaged the rear brakes. The car was really clean and we appreciated picking it up from the airport so easily, as well as the affordable price point. Jose was a quick communicator. I just personally didn’t feel super safe driving it.
Im sorry you felt that way Sarah 😕, but I can assure you the vehicle has never been in any major accident, and upon inspection of the the brakes you mentioned, my mechanic found it was just a pebble stuck between the brakes that was making that noise. Please reach out to your host in the future as this is likely something they would easily fix for ya on the spot. I hope you have a wonderful day Sarah 😁.
