Not sure what issues you’re referring to. The car came from Sanford to MCO and back from MCO to Sanford. That’s a 45 minute trip. No issues with brakes, windshield, or loud “pop”. You mentioned issues with host responsiveness. I’d like to think otherwise - we provided step by step instructions on how to access the vehicle at MCO as well as Turo Instructions on how to reach the parking lot from your terminal. Previous guests think otherwise on our communication. Best of luck to you. 🤷🏻♀️
Fernanda was very help and great through this whole trip. Our car had was great and a few lights turned on that were no issues. She was very responsive and let me change our car because I felt more comfortable. I would highly recommend!
