Pickup was easy, the door latch inside in the driver side broke the first day just opening the door. Owner was notified and door could be opened from the outside by rolling down the window. The vehicle worked great for the remaining days of our trip. Seats had a few stains but nothing crazy being a rental vehicle. Overall experience was good and would rent again. Thanks.

The vehicle performed well I would have given five stars, but because I had to go off of the property 5 miles from the airport to pick up the car

The vehicle itself was great. Pick up was a bit confusing, as I had submitted all required items but the host stated he was waiting for me to submit so pick up instructions didn’t show up on app until I had already been searching for the vehicle in the lot for 15 minutes. Additionally, 5 days in advance I notified him that we would be bringing the car back 1 day earlier than expected and he was not willing to negotiate a refund. That was a big bummer. Otherwise, car ran great, was clean and comfortable.
