Where do I begin host did not have car ready at 10 for pick up trip did not start into 10:30 remind you it was Mother’s Day car Rand good into you catch speed and there was a rattling noise only two things in the car worked was the radio and AC the topper for me with this host he lied on me and in thing I don’t lke I a lying person saying I didn’t full the car back up so they sent me a invoice for $24 will I rent from them again with this car NO bad business and service

The vehicle was returned low on gas and she argued the invoice. TURO reviewed it, agreed, and charged her what she owed. This review is untrue and a form of retaliation, for not wanting to take responsibility for the fuel charge.
Vehicle was delivered at 10:00 exactly.
The A/C, Radio, power windows/mirrors/locks/seats, charging/AUX ports, inside/outside lights, wipers, gauges, tire pressure sensors, everything works.
No signs of any rattling noises were found before, or after her trip.
