Great car it drove fine without problems and the host was very helpful!

Where do I begin host did not have car ready at 10 for pick up trip did not start into 10:30 remind you it was Mother’s Day car Rand good into you catch speed and there was a rattling noise only two things in the car worked was the radio and AC the topper for me with this host he lied on me and in thing I don’t lke I a lying person saying I didn’t full the car back up so they sent me a invoice for $24 will I rent from them again with this car NO bad business and service
The vehicle was returned low on gas and she argued the invoice. TURO reviewed it, agreed, and charged her what she owed. This review is untrue and a form of retaliation, for not wanting to take responsibility for the fuel charge.
Vehicle was delivered at 10:00 exactly.
The A/C, Radio, power windows/mirrors/locks/seats, charging/AUX ports, inside/outside lights, wipers, gauges, tire pressure sensors, everything works.
No signs of any rattling noises were found before, or after her trip.

Thanks again Katherine, it was great having you as our guest! The maintenance light came up during your trip due to it being driven almost 2,000 miles during your trip, NOT due to lack of maintenance

Trunk latch was not working after we initially rented the car and opened the trunk had tremendous difficulty closing back the latch. Did not end up having access to the trunk during the duration of the trip. The radio screen was also not functional, not able to switch between source inputs or make any adjustments outside of the normal FM options, that hindered the comfort of the ride since we had to take a three hour journey., However, Car was clean.
