We had a few issues with this rental. The main thing was it was missing a key fob. We had to lock each door manually and then lock the driver’s side with the key from the outside. Otherwise the car’s alarm would go off each time the door was unlocked. I know this is only a slight problem, but basic functions of locking and unlocking should work or the problem should be disclosed. It was frustrating. There were also a few big dents and scratches on the car.
The host was responsive to the problem and offered to switch out the car, but I declined due to travel back to the airport for the exchange.

10/10 recommend. My family I were nervous as we have never used Turo before but everything was great! The host was very communicative, extremely nice professional and i would definitely book again. The car was in good shape, super smooth/easy ride that fit our family of 5 (with a car seat) comfortably and we loved it!
