Thank you for the feedback Nigel! We're sorry that you found the vehicle interior and exterior to be dirty. This does not align with the standard set by us or Turo. We do our best to ensure that our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned inside and out prior to every trip. Unfortunately your trip was during the peak of pollen season in Florida, and within a few hours of a wash a vehicle can easily be coated with pollen, appearing as if the vehicle is Dusty and has not been cleaned.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Refuel the vehicle
Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
No off-roading
