We had a good experience. The car was awesome, we loved the tech, it drove smooth, and had zero issues. Pickup was a bit rough, when arrived it was storming and the car was initially locked, there was some miscommunication and I had to stand out in the rain for about ten minutes and all my luggage was soaked. Previous Turo rentals had outside key locks, or met in person, so pickup threw me off a bit and could have gone a bit better, maybe I should have packed an umbrella for Florida too. Other than that we had no issues and all in all had a positive experience. Would definitely rent from Chris again.

Chris was an amazing host! He was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when I accidentally mixed up the airport I was supposed to pick the car up from. He made the whole process easy and stress free. Great guy, great communication, and I’ll definitely be booking with him again. Highly recommend!
