Antonio, great to work with! He was super accommodating and even dropped the car off at our Airbnb and let us drop it back off at the airport so that way we didn’t have to pay for additional Ubers which was fantastic. The car drove away and had absolutely no issues with it and I would totally recommend to book with any of his cars. The customer service experience with him the condition of the car, and however, everything ran. Smoothly was more than enough for me to book with him again the next time I am in the Salt Lake City area.

Antonio was great the car was great but very disappointed in the company turo. They advertised a 123$ 3 day car that ended up being 243$. When I tried to cancel 4 days before the trip they said I was past the cancellation date and would not refund my money. Even though it said 24 h cancellation. The turo guy had a very thick Spanish accent. I couldn’t understand. I kept asking for a supervisor and he just kept talking would never give me anyone else. The rumors about how greedy the corporation is seem to be true. Very disappointed
