Thank you so much for making this easy even when the system was down!! Great car very economical ! Smooth ride made my dr visit easy and smooth. Ok experience being my first time using Turo host was responsive upon arrival to locate vehicle 10/10 recomend

Car worked. Found it per directions provided.
1. Registration stickers on plate were expired. Could’ve gotten pulled over
2. Tire pressure sensor warning light on in car. Reached out to host and they said it’s just the cold temperatures, assured me that all pressures are correct. Car said two front tire sensors were dead and the rear ones had 6 pounds of pressure difference between them.
3. Host left the car two days at the long term airport lot before we got it, we knew we’d have to pay for parking to get out but host originally said $10-20. Was $24.
4. Windshield wipers needed to be changed and left a giant streak right at driver eye level. It rained then snowed for the first 30 or so hours of the trip.
5. With the winter weather, we needed a snow brush/ice scraper. None was in the vehicle.
