Kasey is a great host - The pickup was seamless, he provided excellent instructions for the airport pick up that made it simple. The Car is in Excellent condition. Highly Recommended!!

the car has very distinct tinting on the rear view mirror and the back window and the two back windows. i had a very hard time with visibility. when i put my sunglasses on, it was somewhat dangerous.

There is no tint on the mirror. The car does have a feature where if you flip it down, it gets darker. I did notice when the car was picked up, it was flipped. Maybe this will help you in the future.
I also happen to own a detail and Tint business. The fronts are within legal limit (35%)
The rears are at 10%.
Many cars come from the factory with 20% tint in the rears.
Fantastic communication, easy to find car, no issues with the car. 105 degree heat outside but comfortable a/c. Clean and reliable.

Instead of offering the economy lot (for free) or paid premium parking out of the garage, I will no longer offer pickup from the parking garage due to rising costs, and situations like these. All customers will get free pickup (as offered previously) from economy and not be offered garage parking as many other hosts are doing to avoid these situations 😊
