The front tire needed air

Where to start the host wasn’t very timely in providing location of vehicle following booking. I got to the location and the vehicle was not where he stated. He then said he needed to come verify my identity in person delaying my rental 1 hr. Had a 730 reservation didn’t leave until almost 9. He came requesting ID I provided. There were cosmetic flaws such as zip ties on the hub caps ; tire pressure sensor; check engine. Upon returning he was also there ensuring I returned. Very weird situation.

This guest is leaving a retaliatory and malicious review because we insisted on verifying her drivers license in person because she did not look anything like the person in the ID she submitted to Turo. Now she is making false statements about this new 2026 Toyota Corolla and the service delivery. There’s no check engine or tire pressure lights on this car. The car was ready hours before her trip start time. You can check the other customer reviews for reference.
Edwin was amazing. He could communicate like crazy. He let me know anything I needed was there he offered to let me extend the car the car was great. I fell in love with this car. It’s probably gonna be the only car I ever went again. Everything was perfect with this trip. I give them five stars and I rarely do that for anybody.
