The car was in great condition and pickup was seamless. The host was flexible about the drop-off location, which we really appreciated.
However, the host became unresponsive for a few hours right before drop-off — which was especially stressful since we were catching a flight and needed to confirm logistics. Everything worked out, and we still had a good overall experience with the car.
Would consider renting again, but hope communication stays reliable during time-sensitive moments.
Turo guidelines only allow for specific drop-off locations when dropping off or picking up a vehicle at LAX.
I provided clear communication on where to drop off the vehicle yet you decided to drop it off at a different location.
