Car smelled like weed. Windows are tinted so dark it’s hard to see out the back window, or even the side view mirrors. Didn’t feel safe to drive.

We take safety and cleanliness seriously. However, you completed the trip without notifying us that the vehicle felt unsafe or had a smoke odor. Had you contacted us during the trip, we would have immediately assisted you and worked toward a solution. Unfortunately, raising these concerns only after the trip prevented us from inspecting or addressing them at the time.
Great rental experience! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and easy. Pickup and drop-off were both hassle-free. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental!
