The car can not lock because there is no key fob and items were taken from my car because of it…i returned the car with a full tank and i was charged 20dollars because they were able to add 10$ worth of gas

No concerns about the locking system were reported during the trip, so I wasn’t given the opportunity to help. The fuel reimbursement was submitted according to Turo policy using timestamped trip photos showing the vehicle was returned with less fuel than at pickup, and Turo approved the reimbursement.
