Maureen is a great host, she made the whole experience a pleasure.

Very nice, clean, well running car. However, the car's interior had an OVERWHELMING odor of air freshener. We moved several air freshener items from the interior to the trunk on day one but the air only marginally improved.
We paid for airport pick up and drop off. The morning of drop off Maureen had an unexpected change of plans and we had to drive around searching for her home and then drive slowly with her to get to the Oakland airport. My wife was made quite nervous by this late delay in our airport arrival. Airports are having lots of slow delays in passenger check in.

Maureen was the best host I've had so far. The communication was great. She responded quick and checked in to make sure I didn't need anything. She delivered the car to me at the airport and assisted me with my bags. My flight home left at 5:30am and Maureen was available at 3:15 in the morning so that I could do the car off. She even offered to dine me to the airport. I will definitely use her again.
