Overall the car was nice. The reason for a 4star is due to some mechanical issues the car had and there was no J1772 adapter with the vehicle. Which means you have to go to a Tesla only charger or buy your own adapter. This was not initially noted on the listing. After communication with TRI they said it is not included with the vehicle and acknowledged it was not noted on the listing. It would just be nice to know that before renting the vehicle as many of the chargers and at our hotel on the coast only have universal chargers where you would need the adapter. Immediately upon getting into the vehicle, we noticed leaving the airport that there was a knocking sound when you make a left or right with a vehicle. TRI claimed that it could be rocks as they had the vehicle inspected for safety and there are no issues. . The entire trip there was knocking as if something is wrong with the steering or ball joints in the vehicle. Communication was very good when we would message. All in all you are renting a 2019 so you have to figure their vehicle is already seven years old. You cannot expect something brand new. There is wear and tear on the vehicle.
