It was my first time using Turo. Unfortunately the host and co host were not clear on the specifics with pickup and drop off at the airport which in return ended up being an inconvenience to me when returning the vehicle. A sudden change of plans on my last day made this experience inconvenient. Communication was never clear from the beginning.

Airport pickup/drop-off includes a required fee through Turo, which we explained and is outlined on the platform. We couldn’t switch to an airport return without updating the trip, as you requested, as that goes against Turo guidelines. We’ll keep working to make communication even clearer.
