Host communicated great, and timely, Car was in perfect condition. The only issue was that it did not come with an adapter to charge at regular EV stations.

Dear Corinne Nicole,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Were sorry your experience didn't match your expectations. Definitely not the experience, we would want our guest to have. Like I stated last guest didn’t return the adapter. We have now included the adapter J1772 for our future guest. My apologies for the inconvenience we went ahead and waived all Supercharging sessions and for returning low charge.
Once again we apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations.
Thank you
Esteban was very accommodating of my last minute booking. Airport pickup and drop off was a breeze, and the car was clean and well maintained.
