Asking for a car wash was a big turn off. And little explanation of where car was parked for someone new to SFO.
Hi Hugh, apologies for the inconveniences in locating the car. We provide general parking guidance to all customers as we are not aware of which domestic or international terminal they land and the travel route from their to international parking.
Also, apologies on not clear instructions for car wash. It is more for longer trips, as quite some customers go for long trip and return the car dirty. I'll update the instructions to make the car wash applicable for long trips.
