Great host! Car is good short trips. Dont expect to go far and to have to charge regularly. Otherwise great!

The car battery is so poor that you have to charge every day. If you drive in the highway you will drain the battery crazy quick. This car is only meant for little bit of driving around town else you have to charge for an hour daily. The car has the older charging port which is not even available everywhere. You have to look for stations that support that port. I couldn’t charge the car home as the cable didn’t work. Had a nightmare with it. Never again!!!!
False and misleading information.
The guest used a wrong outlet at home.
He later fixed it.
Also, used EVgo and Chargepoint without problems because this car has universal two charging ports that you can use anywhere.
He returned the car with less charge, asked not to be invoiced for usage. Once we asked them to pay the usage, he left this feedback as retaliation.
Turo confirmed this review is retaliatory. As explained in the listing,t this car is designed for short distances.

My trip was actually only 3 stars due to the vehicle not fitting my needs appropriately BUT BIG BUT Mehmet was a5 star HOST 🌟
He was extremely helpful throughout my trip and was there for any issues. So overall he made it 5 stars!!!!

The host is responsive and very forthcoming about the limitations of the car. Simple and efficient experience. Do note that this is among a category of cars on Turo that's basically nearly depleted electric vehicles, so make sure you have a charging strategy before choosing these cars.
