The pick up location was good. I’m a first timer using this service so I was a little confused about where and how but the host was super friendly and very responsive. The two advertised photos were nice and that’s what helped with my decision to rent, but a few additional photos and or mention of the damage to the rear fender, rims, and the cup holder, would have been nice to know about. I rented to chauffeur my daughter to prom, although it wasn’t terrible it was still visible and not something that would have been my first pick for this particular event if I would have known the condition. Yes I know and understand it is a used car, but I thought I was renting a luxury or semi luxury car and was looking for something in a bit more better condition. Also, the Bluetooth was not working and not able to pair for us to listen to our music we had to listen to the radio. But overall, it was a good experience and it worked.

Great ride, well maintained vehicle perfect for cruising around Lake Tahoe. We were able to fit two large luggage in the trunk and another two in the back seat. One note for the host- it seems like the driver side air vents couldn’t blow warm air. Otherwise a great experience from pick up to hand off.
